Im updating from a nice cybercafe in Shinyukyu now, its about 5 mins walk from my hotel and like most shops in japan, it sports a generic name – “cyber cafe” – its a bit like the one in London Victoria, easyeverything, but the drinks are free and it costs 1.50 an hour. Its a bit better than “asprin” in kyoto but lacks atmosphere, which is ok by me to tell the truth… you get alocated a cell, depending on what charge youve gone for [reading, playstation or internet] and get to type away in peace, paying afterwerd. [its the case in japan that you pay after, not before. even train barriers are open – if you walk through without a ticket, they close.]
